Police are appealing to find Good Samaritans who helped an elderly man found in the road on Christmas Day.
The man, in his 70s, was found lying on Darlington Lane in Stockton at about 00:15 GMT on 25 December.
He was taken to hospital where he later died. Police said his death is not currently being treated as suspicious.
Cleveland Police want to trace a taxi driver and a man and woman who helped the man before the ambulance arrived.
