Wiltshire College apprenticeship challenge completed

A challenge to find apprenticeships for 100 young people in Wiltshire in 100 days has been completed.

On Tuesday, Wiltshire College hailed its scheme a success, having found 97 placements.

The college later found the three final apprenticeships needed to reach the target before the scheme ended on Wednesday.

In March, figures revealed that more than 1,700 people aged 18 to 24 were looking for work in the county.
