A 21-year-old woman has been charged with having a gun and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
She was detained on Friday by detectives investigating suspected dissident republican activity.
The arrest followed a search in west Belfast.
The woman is expected to appear before Lisburn Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
