Two people have been arrested in Londonderry in connection with the investigation into the murder of Kieran Doherty.
The 31-year-old was a member of the Real IRA, and was murdered by the organisation in February last year.
A 42-year-old man, and a 40-year-old woman, were detained in Derry on Tuesday morning.
Both are being questioned at Strand Road police station.
