Marion Millican was shot dead in March 2011
The jury in the trial of a man accused of murdering a County Londonderry woman has been discharged for legal reasons.
Fred McClenaghan, 52, of Broad Street, Magherafelt, denies murdering Marion Millican at a Portstewart launderette in March 2011.
A new jury is expected to be sworn in on Monday or Tuesday.
