Northern Ireland PPS 'failures' over rape

A woman who alleged she was raped as a teenager by a member of the IRA was failed by Northern Ireland's Public Prosecution Service.

Máiría Cahill, a relative of one of the founders of the republican organisation, says the IRA covered up the abuse.

A review has strongly criticised the prosecutor's handling of the abuse claims and two other linked cases.
