Tom Watson MP: Surveillance laws 'were rushed through'
Two MPs are mounting a legal challenge to the government's emergency surveillance laws which allow the security services to gather people's phone and internet data.

Speaking outside the High Court, Mr Watson said it ''did not give people the protections they deserve.''
