Assessing EU negotiator Michel Barnier's message

BBC Europe correspondent Damian Grammaticus and assistant political editor Norman Smith give their takes on the importance of EU negotiator Michel Barnier's comments about the Brexit talks to come.

Mr Barnier said that the Brexit talks would have to be completed in 18 months and warned that the UK could not "cherry pick" issues such as single market membership.
