Jeremy Corbyn tells Labour MPs to back Article 50

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn urged his MPs not to "block" the Brexit bill when it goes before the Commons.

The draft legislation will allow Prime Minister Theresa May to give notice of the UK's departure from the EU under Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.

Mr Corbyn said he wanted his party to "unite around the important issues".
