Light show in Edinburgh Botanic Garden

Visitors to Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden will be allowed in after dark for an event described as a "celebration of nature and night time".

Organisers hope the light show will become a landmark attraction in the capital's autumn calendar of events.

Thousands of lights along the 1km route will illuminate the plants grown in the gardens.

Botanic Lights: Night in the Garden runs until 23 November 2014.
