Police seized 200 'Mortal Kombat' tablets at a house in Coatbridge
Police have said there is currently "no link" between a number of drug-related arrests and the death of a teenage girl who fell ill at a Glasgow club.
Regane MacColl, 17, from Duntocher, West Dunbartonshire, died in hospital in the early hours of Sunday after attending The Arches venue.
Two men, aged 18 and 20, were held at the nightclub on Sunday.
Two 19-year-old men were also arrested at separate addresses in Coatbridge over the seizure of ecstasy tablets.
On Tuesday, two 22-year-old men were arrested at separate addresses in Larkhall and Clydebank over alleged drug offences.
A 19-year-old woman was also arrested in Clydebank on Sunday.
Police have said that "Mortal Kombat" tablets may be linked to Ms MacColl's death and separate incidents in Glasgow and Ayrshire where four other people became ill.
Club arrests
It has yet to be established how the teenager died and a post mortem examination is due to be held this week.
The two men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested at The Arches in connection with alleged drugs offences in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Both have since appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
