Paisley town centre water supply problems resolved

  • Published

Scottish Water has said that a supply problem that was affecting homes and businesses in Paisley has been fixed.

It is believed that a contractor damaged a pipe that was supplying customers in the town centre.

The utility firm had received reports that customers were experiencing reduced pressure, discoloured water and in some cases no supply.

It is thought that less than 100 properties were affected by the problem on Tuesday.
