Twelve people had to be evacuated from a lodge within the grounds of a hotel in Ayrshire after a fire broke out.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue service sent crews to the Lochside House Hotel in New Cumnock after the blaze was reported at about 18:05.
A spokesman said they faced a "well developed fire".
Twelve people were brought to safety from the lodge prior to the arrival of the fire service. Two had precautionary treatment from paramedics.
The spokesman added: "This incident is still ongoing and crews are attacking the fire with main water jets to prevent any further damage to surrounding property."
