Officers acting under warrant searched the flat in Ardmaleish Street, in the city's Castlemilk area, at about 20:00 on Monday.
A 29-year-old man was arrested in connection with the find. He is expected to appear from custody at Glasgow Sheriff Court later.
Police said a 47-year-old woman was also arrested and later released.
