An elderly care home which closed after inspectors said it was putting residents at risk may bid to have its registration to operate re-instated.
The Care Inspectorate raised serious concerns about the Craigard home, near Rothesay, on Bute, in September.
A court later agreed to suspend its registration from 9 December.
A spokeswoman for Craigard said all residents were relocated by Monday and the owner planned to return to court in January to retain the registration.
