The funeral procession stopped outside Tannadice Stadium so fans could pay their respects to Mr Milne
A funeral has been held for former Dundee United footballer Ralph Milne.
Mr Milne, who helped United win the league in 1983 with a goal against city rivals Dundee, died aged 54 after suffering from liver problems.
His funeral procession passed by the team's home at Tannadice Stadium before heading to Dundee Crematorium.
Figures from the world of football including Paul Hegarty, Davie Dodds, Jocky Scott, David Narey and Richard Gough were all present at the service.
Mr Milne, who was inducted into United's Hall of Fame in 2009, scored 75 goals in 286 appearances for the club.
He later went on to play for Charlton Athletic, Bristol City and Manchester United.
A minute's silence was held in his honour before United's match against Kilmarnock on Saturday, the matchday programme was dedicated to him and a competition was held at half time for fans to recreate his iconic chipped goal which helped United seal the title in 1983.
