Dylan Thomas and poetry feature in Bafta Cymru nominations

Dylan Thomas and poetry "come through" in this year's Bafta Cymru nomination list, according to its director Hannah Raybould.

Two biopics based on Thomas's life, Set Fire to the Stars and A Poet in New York, have received nominations.

Talking to Oliver Hides on BBC Radio Wales, Ms Raybould said breakthrough nominations were "strong" and there was "a good split" between Welsh and English language nominations.

The awards ceremony takes place at St David's Hall, Cardiff, next month.
