The EU calls for Turkey to act on refugee exodus

The war in Syria continues to push people out of the country.

It is thought close to two million people have fled to Turkey, and from there thousands are heading to Greece every day.

EU leaders want refugees to stay in Turkey, and it hopes improving camps will help to achieve this.
