Mel B could drop out of X Factor final because of illness

The X Factor bosses say they don't know if Mel B will appear on Saturday night's grand final.
The judge is ill and producers may have to find a replacement, although no back up plan has been revealed yet .
An X Factor spokesman said: "Mel is still unwell and we don't know if she will do the show."
Mel B has been mentoring the boys and still has one contestant in the show - Andrea Faustini.
The Spice Girls singer didn't appear at an X Factor event on Thursday.
