Liverpool 4-3 Fulham: What Alexander-Arnold said

Liverpool match-winner Trent Alexander-Arnold speaking to BBC Sport: "Ecstatic. Important game and important goal for the team. We needed to win. At 87 minutes, it didn't look likely at all but we dug deep and found a way. We did that last week and we've done it again today.

"We knew there would be a lot of time added on and we knew there would be chances for us in the game.

"The momentum from the crowd and the players was to push forward and get that winner.

"Technically I've not scored two, but I'll claim it. It is nice when a free kick comes off the woodwork and finds a way in. A lovely strike, if I say so myself.

"When I scored the free kick, I thought that was the goal of the game but then 20 minutes later Mac Allister goes and scores that outstanding strike.

"We earned it, we dug deep, and we found a way. Although there is a bit of relief, we earned it with the chances we created."
