Arsenal's bid for Rice rejected by Hammers

West Ham have rejected a second bid from Arsenal for England midfielder Declan Rice.
It is understood the Gunners latest offer could have reached £90m.
However, Arsenal were only proposing the initial fee to be £75m and that was going to be spread over four payments.
West Ham want a bigger fee and a deal that is structured in a better way for them.
