Carr 'could catch pigeons' - Dicks names his toughest opponent

West Ham icon Julian Dicks played for 11 years in the top-flight, so who do you think would be the former left-back's toughest opponent in that time?
Chris Waddle? Paul Merson? Maybe even a young Steve McManaman or David Beckham?
"Franz Carr. He could catch pigeons he was that quick," Dicks told Kammy and Ben's Proper Football podcast.
"Luckily, back then I could kick people! I always went for the ball... well most of the time. Nine out of 10 times I did.
"There are one or two things I’m not proud of though, and one was against Carr.
"We were playing Newcastle away and I’m facing my goal and I can hear him running behind me and I’ve just elbowed him. I started to walk because I knew I was going to be sent off. That was probably one of my easiest days against him!
"I’d hate to think how many times I’d be suspended nowadays."
