Some of Thursday's newspapers lead on the imminent parting of ways between Richard Arnold and Manchester United.

Arnold will provide "transitional support" until the end of December before ending his 16-year stay.

The move comes as Sir Jim Ratcliffe's deal for a 25% stake in the Old Trafford side nears completion.

The Daily Star says Arnold is "the first to go" on its back page, while the Express says Ratcliffe "wastes no time".
