Aston Villa 3-1 Luton Town: What Emery said

Aston Villa boss Unai Emery speaking to Sky Sports: "Very satisfied. These three points are very important for us. I can only be not very happy with the goal we conceded because it was a strange mistake.

"The idea was to control the game, to keep ball possession, to try and avoid their transition, their moment with the ball, and don't concede a lot of corners, and we did that. Overall, I think we deserved to win.

"It is a challenge to always try to be consistent and get a high level and not play under this level. It is a process, we are building a team. For me, it is still a long process here and I will want to work to improve as always.

"Of course I am happy but still being serious, serious in the way that I want to build here and improve more."
