Captain James Tavernier is determined to help Rangers secure long-awaited League Cup success.
The club haven't lifted the trophy in 12 years but will be within 90 minutes of glory should they make it past Hearts at Hampden on Sunday.
“It’s obviously something we have to get rid of as soon as possible,” said Tavernier.
“Every competition and every game gives us motivations to win. It’s a cup I’ve never had my hands on and it’s something the boys will try their best to do but we just have to get past Hearts first.
“Everybody wants to win in that dressing room, everybody who’s come here wants to win silverware.
“Our main aim for the season is to try to get silverware. It’s the first trophy that you can get your hands on, it’s one you can obviously get in early.
“We’re in a good place, we know it’s going to be a tough test. Hearts proved a test for us at Ibrox but we overcame it and we know our performances are only going to get better."
