'You just have to roll with the punches' - Howe

Eddie Howe feels Newcastle are going to have to "take the hits" this season and players will need to "give a bit more" as they struggle with injuries.
The Magpies squad depth is being tested after they lost two more key players to injury in their match against Borussia Dortmund last week, along with receiving confirmation of Sandro Tonali's ban for breaking betting rules.
Howe's side face a struggling Manchester United in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday - a repeat of last season's final - looking to reach the quarter finals, despite their "stretched squad".
"In a game you can lose one or two players and suddenly the whole dynamic and outlook of the squad changes," Howe said, "but you just have to roll with the punches, take the hits and try and find a way. That’s what we’re going to do.
"It’s not ideal for us, especially with the season we have. It’s different to last year where we could absorb the hits easier with week-to-week games.
"We now need the players that we have to step up and that will be the message - everyone has to give a bit more."
