Hughes joins Burton Albion on loan

Leicester City defender Sam Hughes has joined League One side Burton Albion on loan, subject to clearance.
The 24-year-old joins the Brewers for a second loan spell, having spent time there in 2020 - scoring his first league goal against Charlton Athletic in November 2020.
Hughes has been a regular in Leicester's development squad since joining the club in 2017 from Chester.
