No play day three, rain: Northants 336-5 v Glamorgan |
Northants 3pts, Glamorgan 1pt |
Northants' hopes of building a big score were thwarted as rain washed out day three of their Division Two clash with Glamorgan at Wantage Road.
Rain began to fall just as play was about to get under way and, with no respite, umpires Mark Benson and Nick Cook abandoned the day at 13:15 BST.
Northants will hope to resume on the final morning on 336-5, with David Sales unbeaten on 129.
Glamorgan have now lost 15 full days to rain this summer.
