Wrexham 2-0 Tamworth

Wrexham moved to within five points of the Conference Premier play-off places with victory over Tamworth.

Andy Bishop's header from Neil Ashton's cross gave Wrexham a deserved lead before Tamworth's Nick Chadwick struck the crossbar.

Joe Clarke's header hit the bar and he won a penalty after a foul by Wayne Thomas but Cameron Belford dived low to save Bishop's kick.

Bishop's pull-back set up Johnny Hunt for Wrexham's second goal.
