Workington: Former Colwyn Bay forward Keiran Critchley joins

Workington have signed former Colwyn Bay forward Keiran Critchley on an initial one-month contract.

The 24-year-old began his career with Blackburn Rovers before moving onto Preston North End, but failed to make an appearance for either side.

The signing is new boss Ian McDonald's second since being appointed by the Conference North club in mid-December.

Critchley's joins 19-year-old Oldham Athletic goalkeeper Luke Simpson, who arrived on a month's loan last week.
