A late strike from Montrose's Scott Johnston meant promotion candidates Clyde were held to a draw.
Stefan McCluskey had opened the scoring after half-an-hour when he tucked away for the seventh time this season, following a pass from Brian McQueen.
Shortly after the break, David Marsh could have doubled Clyde's lead but fired over the crossbar.
McQueen nearly snatched a win after Johnston's leveller, his header clearing the crossbar.
