Peterborough United 0-0 Port Vale

  • Published

A much-changed Peterborough played out a stalemate with mid-table Port Vale.

With Posh assured of a play-off place, Darren Ferguson made eight changes and one of them, Kyle Vassell, was denied by the legs of goalkeeper Sam Johnson.

Josh McQuoid then fired a over the bar before Vassell had a shot deflected wide and another blocked.

Jennison Myrie-Williams posed the biggest threat for Vale, twice testing Bobby Olejnik in goal before blazing an opportunity over the bar.
