Croatia midfielder Luka Modric is expected to be fit for his side's next World Cup match against Cameroon despite suffering a foot injury.

The Real Madrid playmaker, 28, sustained the injury in Thursday's 3-1 defeat by Brazil but a scan revealed no fractures or ligament damage.

Croatia play Cameroon in Manaus on 18 June before taking on Mexico in their final group game five days later.

Striker Mario Mandzukic is available after being banned for the Brazil game.
