Morecambe goalkeeper Barry Roche will miss the remainder of the League Two season with a hip injury.
The 32-year-old had been troubled by the problem in pre-season but had gone onto to feature 17 times this term.
The Shrimps have already re-signed Fleetwood keeper Scott Davies on a one-month loan to cover.
