Gateshead have lost only three of their 17 Conference matches this season
Conference side Gateshead have signed Preston North End full-back Nick Anderton on a one-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old agreed his first professional contract at Deepdale in May, but is yet to make his debut for the League One promotion-chasers.
He spent much of last season on loan at Lancashire club Chorley, helping them win promotion to the Conference North.
The Heed are currently fourth in the table, nine points behind leaders Barnet, who beat them last time out.
