Kevin Ellison's goal against Bury was the winger's seventh from 18 games so far this season

Morecambe ended a three-game losing run as Kevin Ellison's second-half goal sealed victory over high-flyers Bury.

After a first half of few chances, Daniel Nardiello cleared an effort from Ellison off the line, with Scott Loach saving Mark Hughes' follow-up shot.

Ellison eventually struck from close range after Loach parried a cross-shot from Jack Redshaw into his path.

Danny Rose headed off target in response, with Ellison wasting two golden chances to add a second.
