Dan Holman: Aldershot extend Colchester striker's loan deal

Conference side Aldershot Town have extended the loan spell of Colchester striker Dan Holman until 5 January.

The 24-year-old has scored two goals in four appearances since joining the Shots on an initial one-month deal on 22 October.

"To extend his loan until January is a big thing for us," Aldershot manager Andy Scott said.

"We're hopeful that we may be able to revisit it in the New Year and keep him here for the rest of the season."

He continued: "His work-rate, assists and goals have been key to us."
