Bradford ended a run of three home matches without a win with a deserved victory over 10-man Leyton Orient.

Billy Knott gave the Bantams a first-half lead with a placed shot into an empty net from Jon Stead's ball across.

Substitute David Mooney's calm finish pulled Orient level, but they had striker Chris Dagnall sent off for a foul on Knott.

Bradford quickly took advantage, Billy Clarke firing in to restore their lead and Stead adding a third soon after.

Leyton Orient manager Mauro Milanese told BBC London 94.9:

Milanese on Bradford v Orient

"It was a tough game at the beginning. It was difficult to play against such a solid, tough team because they play very direct.

"You could see it was definitely a yellow card in my opinion it was never ever a red.

"The important thing was the game and to get the result. We stayed in the game but this decision made it difficult."
