Scott Wiseman scored his second goal of the season as Preston fought back to claim a point against fellow League One promotion hopefuls MK Dons.

The Gibraltar defender volleyed expertly into the top-left corner of the net in the 68th minute to cancel out Carl Baker's opener.

Dons winger Baker had put the visitors ahead at Deepdale with a close-range finish just before half-time.

Preston pushed for a winner in the final minutes but the visitors held on.

MK Dons manager Karl Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio:

Robinson on Preston v MK Dons

"I thought it was a very hard-fought point. It's the first goal we've conceded since Bristol City nearly three months ago, a club record for games undefeated in League One - that's not bad is it.

"I thought we edged the first half, but they certainly edged the second half. We stopped playing in the second half and played right into their hands with long balls.

"This is the biggest unbeaten run in the club's history at this level. In League One, that's a remarkable achievement by the players, seeing as we've played a lot of big teams in this 10-game run."
