Steven Swinglehurst and Peter Weatherson grabbed the goals as Annan got the better of League Two leaders Arbroath.
Home keeper Jordan Hart twice denied Paul McManus before Thomas Grant also went close for the visitors.
Swinglehurst hit the opener after the break, netting the rebound from Andrew Mitchell's free-kick.
And Weatherson made sure of the win in stoppage time when he fired into the top corner from a Josh Todd delivery.
