Champions Juventus went 10 points clear at the top of Serie A after coming from behind to beat Atalanta in Turin.

Veteran midfielder Andrea Pirlo was the match-winner on the stroke of half-time, powering in a shot from 35-yards.

Relegation-threatened Atalanta had taken a lead through Giulio Migliaccio's glancing header.

But Fernando Llorente equalised for the hosts after poking in from a corner which the visitors failed to clear, before Pirlo's moment of magic.

It was the ideal preparation for Massimiliano Allegri's side, who face Borussia Dortmund in the last-16 of the Champions League next week.

Second-placed Roma - with a game in hand - can cut the deficit on Sunday when they travel to face Verona.
