Greenock Morton 0-0 Dumbarton

Greenock Morton were unable to continue their good start to the Scottish Championship season as they were held to a goalless draw by Dumbarton.

The hosts struggled to break down a Dumbarton side who had lost their last three games.

Morton dominated possession but lost Conor Pepper to a red card for his second bookable offence midway through the second half.

And neither side could find the net at Cappielow.
