Dover came from behind to beat Gateshead with second half strikes from Aswad Thomas and Jack Parkinson.
Dover went ahead with an early free-kick from Stefan Payne before Simon Ramsden's volley drew Gateshead level.
Nathan Buddle's header put The Tynesiders in front only for Thomas to equalise after the break.
Parkinson secured Dover's comeback with a late header, sending the Whites into fifth place.
