Accrington made it five wins from six league games as they condemned Barnet to a third straight defeat.

Sam Togwell inadvertently put the visitors in front when he turned a Josh Windass cross into his own net.

The hosts quickly levelled when Michael Gash fired in under the body of Accrington goalkeeper Jason Mooney from a Mauro Vilhete through ball.

Sean McConville scored the wining goal for Stanley when he fired in off a post after racing on to Billy Kee's pass.

Barnet boss Martin Allen told BBC Radio London:

"I thought it was a disappointing performance, far too many players weren't on form, didn't play well.

"It's all well and good people saying we played well in the last 20 minutes - it's too late.

"The last home game here we were absolutely superb and put on a great performance for our supporters, and today for some reason we were second best all over the place."
