Lincoln City 1-0 Tranmere Rovers

Luke Waterfall's goal consigned Tranmere Rovers to their fifth consecutive league defeat as they lost away at Lincoln City.

Liam Hearn fired wide for the visitors early in the game before James Norwood headed Matt Hill's cross past the post.

Waterfall produced the breakthrough just before half-time as he headed Greg Tempest's corner home.

Jack Muldoon twice came close for Tranmere after the break, but Lincoln held on to move up to seventh place.
