Forward Chris Holroyd doubled his goal tally for Wrexham this season

Chris Holroyd capped a fine comeback win for Wrexham against Eastleigh to stretch their unbeaten run to 10 games.

Ben Williamson, returning after a hamstring injury, put Eastleigh ahead when he slid in to convert Gary McSheffrey's whipped near-post cross.

Wrexham left their revival until the final quarter when Shaun Pearson met a Marcus Kelly cross with a sharp header.

Within five minutes the Dragons struck again, as Holroyd swivelled in the box to stroke home the winner.

Wrexham manager Dean Keates told BBC Radio Wales: "We're delighted with the win... they came with a good structure, were hard to break down.

"We had a lot of ball, moved it okay but not at the pace and the tempo to cause them problems.

"It was important to get the win, we've had a lot of draws that... maybe should have been wins."
