Barnet 1-1 Bromley

  • Published

Barnet and Bromley drew 1-1 in a mid-table encounter with nothing at stake.

The hosts were unlucky not to go in front when Dave Gregory blocked Ephron Mason-Clark's point-blank effort with his face and Sam Wood managed to divert Shaquile Coulthirst's follow-up on to the post.

Neil Smith's team hit the front four minutes into the second half when Richard Brindley whipped in a cross and Jordan Higgs netted with a bullet header.

Coulthirst eventually levelled for the Bees with a close-range finish at the back post in the 71st minute.

George Porter almost won it for Bromley when he hit the inside of the post late on.
