Volkswagen emissions: 400,000 VW cars in UK need engine fix

The UK head of Volkswagen has told a group of MPs that 400,000 cars in the UK will need an engine fix as well as a software fix.

Paul Willis, UK managing director, said that cars fitted with the 1.6L diesel engine would need the physical remedy.
