'Skull Cracker' search: Justice secretary wants answers

The justice secretary says he is asking "serious questions" about how armed robber Michael Wheatley, dubbed the "Skull Cracker", was able to abscond from an open prison.

Chris Grayling said he was introducing "major changes to the system" to prevent similar instances occurring in future.
