The court is shown a letter from Dr Lyons reporting on Mr Clarke's "fainting episode" in April 2010.
In her cross examination, Dorothy Bain QC, representing the Morton family, asks Glasgow City Council's HR manager Geraldine Ham what further inquiries the council would have made had they known about this incident.
Ms Ham agrees that the council would have spoken to Mr Clarke's former employer, First Bus.
The court is now shown a bus inspector report from the day of the April 2010 incident.

The court is shown a letter, dated April 2010, from a Dr Lyons about Mr Clarke's "episode of impaired or loss of consciousness".
It notes that paramedics diagnosed Vasovagel on the day of Mr Clarke's April 2010 episode and that he did not need to inform DVLA but it advised that Mr Clarke should stay off driving duties "in the meantime".
